Born in Portland, Maine, he was a retired U.S. Air Force master sergeant, member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa and a founding member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3830. Visitation 5–6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa. Memorial mass at 6 p.m. Urn committal noon Friday, Oct. 4 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
